Social Media Audits

This is the graphic I provided data for from an audit for a museum while working for Phlox Partners. It examines various elements of their social media presence and consolidates this information into a helpful graphic to communicate what is working well and what isn’t working as well.

For my data points, I spent time going through the science museum’s social media, looking at months of posts and updates, both automatically fabricated by FaceBook and hand-crafted by staff, and took notes on how many messages fell into each category. Following this process, I audited my data to make sure it was accurate, and finally plugged this info into the graphic, whose formatting and design had already been composed by Phlox by the time I arrived on-scene.

 

Market Research

This is the raw data I collected for research I did for Phlox for a client doing Pickleball in the Texas area. It was my goal to gather information about pickleball establishments, and report that info in a digestible way for informing Phlox on how to proceed with a marketing plan for their client, and with an eye toward future clients in the pickleball industry.

To gather this information, I spent time doing various keyword searches on various search engines in order to produce a list of URLs and their associated brand. Following this, I put them through a layer of filtering to eliminate options that were most unlikely to need Phlox’s help. After this, I did investigations into each brand, looking for information about their socials, their ownership, and their contact information which I could pass on to Phlox.

Blog Copywriting and Planning

This is a skeleton I put together for a blog post about UGC for Phlox while interning with them. It served as a springboard for their copywriter to work from.

The process for writing it was two-fold. I started by doing research into UGC, and gathering a general idea of what the blog would contain. Once I had a rough guideline, I fleshed it out with some light copy. I was requested to use Gemini AI to produce it, so I spent time massaging prompts and confirming accuracy, and ultimately rewording some of it to make it read more clearly.

Graphic Design

I designed this graphic with Phlox Partners for one of their clients based on copy and research they had done. This wasn’t my own research or copy, but it was my task to assemble the information into digestible form.

These are graphics I put together with Phlox for a client. The copy was all theirs, and it was just my task to put the copy onto graphics that made sense and were nice to look at and easy to read.
